The email did not come through with the download key and URL, what do I do?

There are two reasons this could happen: 
1)The email went into your spam filter. 
The email will be sent immediately after the purchase to the email address that is set up in your PayPal account. First, check your spam filter and see if the email is in your spam folder. The subject of the email is Your Forms From Equine Legal Solutions. If you still don't see it and it has been a few hours since you made the order, please contact us using our Technical Support Form.  

2)Your PayPal email address is not the same as your regular email address.
The email from our system will go to the email address that is tied to your PayPal account. You may not see your email because it may be that your PayPal account is tied to another email address. Make sure your PayPal account is up to date with a current email address. If you still have problems, please contact us using our Technical Support Form.  

I received the email from the system with my download key but cannot download the forms - what do I do? 

The email is sent with a case-sensitive license key. This key will be automatically filled in when you click on the download link. Your email id is your email address that you have tied to your PayPal account. Normally, it is the same as your email address. If you continue to have trouble, please contact us using our Technical Support Form. with specific details of what is happening so we can assist you. 

When I try to enter my authorization code and email id the system says I am not authorized, what do I do? 

The email with the link and authorization key is only good for a 48 hour period, after that period the link and code will expire. Please contact us using our Technical Support Form if you encounter this problem and we will reissue you a new email and license key good for another 48 hours. You may also receive this message if you do not complete all required fields on the download key page, including the “How Did You Hear About Us?” field. To solve this problem, simply go back and complete all required fields, then submit.

I paid via PayPal eCheck instead of a credit card and did not receive my email yet, what do I do?

The email will be sent immediately after the funds from your eCheck are cleared through PayPal, this may take up to 7 days depending on your bank.  Because you did not pay via credit card, it is not an immediate transaction and takes time to clear. If you need your forms now and cannot wait for the eCheck to clear, you can simply call us toll-free at 866-385-2972 or contact Technical Support and request that we cancel the eCheck transaction.  You can then order the same form with a credit card via phone or our website.
