    • Liability release forms designed for hauling someone else’s horse(s).

    How They Protect Horse Haulers:

    • The horse owner assumes all risks of loading, hauling and unloading their horse, including injury and death.
    • If the horse damages the hauler’s horse trailer or equipment, the horse owner agrees to pay for the damage.

  • The guest agrees to follow all barn rules and instructions.

  • The guest assumes specific risks associated with trail riding.
  • If anyone sues the horse owner or their family members or employees on the guest’s behalf, the guest agrees to pay for their legal defense.

Haul-in Liability Release Forms

Purpose and Intended Uses:
